Please ensure you read our Terms & Conditions below before making a booking.
For bookings of more than 4 quests, credit card details will be required but no deposit is taken at the time of booking – the card details are only kept on file to use, if necessary.
For booking of more than 10 guests, card details will be required and a deposit of 20% will be taken at the time of booking. Please see booking requirements for large groups below.
Our cancellation policy comes into effect 24 hours before your booking commences.
- Notice Periods: Any changes or cancellations should be notified to us at least 24 hours prior to your booking. In case of late bookings done on the same day, any cancellation made within 6 hours of your arrival time, will be charged at $30 per person.
- No-show Charges: If you fail to arrive at the restaurant at the time of your booking, we reserve the right to charge $30 per guest that has not attended.
By keeping us up to date with any changes to your booking, it will abide by our intention to not have to implement this policy. If you update us within the time frame set for the cancellation policy, you will not be charged.
There is a set menu requirement for large groups. These are:
- Winter (for groups of 8+): Set menu applies on weekends and public holidays.
- Summer (for groups of 10+): Set menu applies to all dinner reservations and full days on weekends/public holidays.
- For bookings under 8: seating duration is limited to 1hr30.
- For bookings of 10+: seating duration is limited to 2hr.
- For bookings of larger groups of 30+: seating duration is limited to 3hr.
We are happy to cater to dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian, gluten-free, halal, allergies, etc.).
Dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking, or no later than 7 days prior to your booking commencement.
While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
A 1.6% surcharge (Non-Amex) and 2.6% surcharge on Amex, applies to all credit card payments.
