By the end of October if the date matters. Fridays and Saturdays through late November and December go first, and private spaces are usually committed before the week itself. Sunday to Wednesday dates and lunch sittings stay open much longer, and often suit big groups better anyway.
Shared feast menus start at $49 per person at Docklands, Eastland, Craigieburn and South Morang, and $69 per person at Southbank. Drinks packages are optional and quoted separately. A 10% surcharge applies on Saturdays and Sundays, and 15% on public holidays.
From 10 to about 300. The Agora at Craigieburn seats 120 with its own private bar, and full venue hire there takes 220 seated or around 300 standing. Southbank hires exclusively for up to 150, The Meltemi at Docklands is private for up to 45, Eastland hires for up to 80, and South Morang offers 40 in The Elysian Room, 24 on The Northern Terrace, or 90 across the whole indoor venue.

A 20% deposit confirms the date, with the balance due 4 days before the event. Cancel 7 or more days out for a full refund, between 7 days and 24 hours for 50%, and within 24 hours the booking is non-refundable. You can move your event to another date within 4 months at no cost.
Yes to all three. Tell your coordinator what you have planned and they will set the room, time the service around speeches, and handle cake cutting. A small cake service fee may apply.
