Gyros platter for two

1 portion (dinein) of chicken gyro

1 portion (dinein) of lamb gyro

2 pcs. falafels (housemade, if housemade finished then 3 pcs. precooked)

put them in a brown dinner box (yassas paper must be put)

add 2 pita breads (small)

1 small container of mixed salad (lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, onions, feta)

1 small container of chips (brown burger box)

2 drinks (as per customer choice)

Open Souvlaki (Dine-In) Gyro Combo
Same as Dine-In Gyro

Each plate need to have following items.

Meat approx. 180 grams – use portion bowl (if falafels, then 4 pcs. of home cooked falafels)

Chips – to fill the box on one side

Greek Salad with base of lettuce – always toss it with bit of lemon sauce and olive oil , oregano in a container first.

A feta slice (approx. 20-25 grams) on top

Pita bread toasted/chargrilled

A lemon wedge.

USE THE DINNER BOX TO PACK EVERYTHING, PITA IN THE BROWN BAG

Souvla Combo – Gyro wrap served with chips and drink

Each wrap contains following

Small souvla – small pita

Regular souvla – big pita

First spread tzatziki, then lettuce, onion (sliced) and tomato (Sliced)

after this put the meat (80gms for small and 120gms for regular), put 4-6 pcs. of chips depending on the size.

apply any sauce or feta if selected by the customer.

wrap it in YASSAS paper and then put it in the bag

Chips should go in the SMALL brown bag or SMALL burger box (if available)

Served with choice of drink unless its not a combo

Traditional Chicken Souvlaki

Traditional Chicken Souvlaki – Souvlaki plate with 2 chicken skewers

2 chicken skewers (110 grams each) served with side of choice

Rice / Pita or Chips

A portion of mixed Greek Salad (lettuce including) and feta slice (20-25 grams) always mixed in a bowl with oregano, lemon juice and olive oil. If no dressing mentioned – then serve plain salad

Tzatziki in small plastic container goes on the side.

Use The DINNER BOX to SERVE. YASSAS Paper on bottom.

Halloumi Souvlaki

Halloumi Souvlaki – 2 skewers of halloumi and vegetables.

Each skewer should have 2 cubes of halloumi (approx. 50-60 grams in total), capsicums, zucchini, mushrooms and cherry tomato

Similar to chicken souvlaki customers pick the side

Rice / Chips or Pita

Served with marouli salad – lettuce, cucumbers, feta mixed with lemon and balsamic dressing

Sweet chilli Dill sauce in plastic container goes on the side

Gyro Snacks (HSP) Pack

Use the BIOPAK box with the lid

Customer picks choice of cheese and feta

customer also selects upto 2 sauces

fill the 70-75% box with chips

top it up with cheese (approx. 50 grams) or feta (50 grams)

then spread approx. 140-160 grams of meat or falafels

then put the sauce on top

Greek Healthy Bowl

Fill approx. 180 grams grains salad into the brown round box

top it up with some beetroot (cut pcs. say 6-8), cucumbers, cherry tomatoes (5-6 pcs.), 

also put any meat (approx. 80 grams) or falafels (pre-cooked ones 3 pcs.), if selected

put a spoon of honey yoghurt in the middle

Grilled Halloumi

Grilled Halloumi – 3 slices, with olive tapenade and a grilled fig.

To served in a aluminium container (small)

Crispy Calamari & Chips

Use the DINNER Box, fill it up with chips approx. 70%. Then top it up with fried calamari

served with a small container of aioli

Vegan Mousakka

Individual portion of Mousakka should be put into oven for 2 minutes. must fill some water into the side, like small portion 20-30ml. after this put into the combo for approx. 10 mins. on 180 degrees.

keep an eye to make sure its not becoming too red.

serve it as it is with lid on, and a side of chips.

Meal Pack for 2

Meal pack contains following items:

Halloumi Chips (For ubereats only)

Choice of Grilled Halloumi or Grilled Saganaki (for pickup or delivery through restaurant systems or walkin customers)

2 Dips (use the 220ml or small green & white biopak containers) – if no selection by customer, then give tzatziki and any other dip

Meat Platter – 180-200 grams chicken gyro, 2 bifteki, 2 lamb kebabs, 2 loukanika

1 Greek salad (small silver foil container)

1 chips – burger box or brown bag full

2 pita (small pitas) – in a burger box or brown bag full

1 dessert box with 4 pcs. loukoumades with honey and cinnamon (no walnuts)

2 drink choices – any beer or small wine bottles for walkin customers, rest everyone get whatever softdrinks they have selected

Yemista

Yemista cooked, need to be warmed up to for 4 minutes. Check the temperature and pack it in a black plastic container.

Mixed grill for one

Lamb Curcuma

Warm up lamb curcuma in a pan, add some water so keep the thickness smooth.

Warm up rice in microwave

use the black 750ml. containers put rice on one side, and lamb curcuma on other side (half n half)

also send a small mixed salad in a small container (green & white)

Other Packaging way is 

Use 500ml. white clear container for lamb and another 500ml. white clear container for rice.

Use the pan

pour some oil (vegetable), let it heat

put garlic and onions, let it brown (not black)

then put some tomatoes, cut capsicums (small cubes not too small)

sauté it then put the seafood (2 pcs. prawns, 4-5 strips of pineapple cut calamari, 3-4 scallops, 2 pcs. mussels)

put about 15ml of ouzo and 15ml. of white wine (cooking)

then put about 100-150ml. of Napoli sauce

add some salt (as per taste), little bit of chilli flakes, and small amount of pepper

let it boil

then mix Rissoni pasta (pre-portioned and boiled) approx. 120 grams

let it set, the cooked dish shouldn’t too runny., 

Then put into the black plastic container to send it to the customer. it should fill approx. 80% of the box

A CUSTOMER MAY ASK FOR VEGETARIAN OPTION, IN WHICH CASE PUT ALL THE VEGETABLES YOU MAY HAVE

CAPSICUM, ZUCCHINI, MUSHROOMS, CARROTS ETC.

2 pcs. of kebabs grilled properly (medium rare unless specified by customer), in the biopak box

fill with chips 

add the kebabs

and a small container of tzatziki

Halloumi Chips

Use the silver foil small box for packaging

fry the halloumi chips portion

a small white container of sweet chilli dill

in the container garnish with parsley

Lemoni Patates

Warm up lemoni potatoes portion 2-4 mins. with bit of water.

put into small silver wrap

Dips & Pita

use the clear white 220ml. containers or biopak small (green & white) containers

2 dips as selected by customers

1 large pita warmed up in brown bag

Saganaki

Chargrill saganaki

put into small silver wrap with orange wedge, 

garnish with oregano and parsley

Dolmades

Use the silver foil box

spread bit of mint yoghurt

put 4 pcs. dolmades

orange or lemon slices in between (if available otherwise one wedge of lemon)

garnish with parsley or herbs or watercress

Spanakopita

a Slice (triangle) of spanakopita cut into half, warmed up in the oven.

served with side of mixed green salad (mixed leaves, cucumbers and tomatoes).

Its just a side of salad – not a full portion. use the white small bowl to measure it up.

pack it in a DINNER BOX to send it.

Loukoumades – Original

8 pcs. loukoumades cooked and mixed into sugar and cinnamon mix. served in the brown round bag.

Loukoumades – Classic

8 pcs. loukoumades cooked and mixed into honey and cinnamon mix. served in the brown round bag.

Loukoumades – Nutella and M&Ms

8 pcs. loukoumades cooked. Nuttela (warmed up a bit) spread on top of all the donuts evenly and also a spoon of M&Ms drizzled upon the donuts. served in the brown round bag.

Soutzoukakia – Mealballs served w’ rice

Warm up a portion of meatballs in microwave and a portion of rice.

Put them into black container half n half. garnish with parsley and bit of feta on the meatballs.
